We use EchoSign (TM) to process all legal documentation linked to online therapy. EchoSign is fully E-SIGN compliant and offers the exact same legal protection as an ink signed contract.

A copy of a valid Government issued Identification is required prior to any Therapy Session. After signing and completing the required documentation, please send a copy of your ID to DrYuliaWatters@gmail.com (secured email).

Distance Counseling is only available to persons over 18 years.

Confidentiality

We use Gmail for Distance counseling sessions with encryption parameters set to permanent. We recommend that the participant sets up a dedicated email account with the same provider to ensure maximum confidentiality

For chat and voice sessions, we use Skype. We also recommend that the participant sets up a dedicated account for counseling sessions. Skype is offers text and voice encryption by default ensuring a very high level of protection. Voice sessions via cell phone or a land line are not encrypted.
